Summary: One of the earliest attacks against God’s Church was directed at the person of Jesus Christ. Many were trying to say that He was either not God, or not man. Regardless of the specific nuance, all of the attacks sought to undermine His rightful status as Savior from sin. We continue to defend Jesus today because we are affected at how He is treated by others. He is fully God and man. We are fully redeemed in Him.
